Trick One: Wrap the battery in a "cool blanket" for better heat dissipation!

The shortcomings of the old method: In the past, many liquid cooling systems only laid a layer of "cold plate" at the bottom of the battery for heat dissipation, which was like only blowing a fan on the soles of the feet. The upper part of the battery was still hot, with a large temperature difference, affecting the overall performance.

Huijue's ingenuity: We have designed a unique "Circulation Intelligent Cooling" technology. Simply put, it is to "wrap" each battery with a specially made "cooling blanket" (liquid cooling plate) with water flow channels. The coolant circulates in these "cool blankets", cooling the battery simultaneously from all directions.

The shortcomings of the old method: Traditional refrigeration has to rely on the compressor to work hard regardless of whether it is the coldest winter or the hottest summer outside, which is extremely power-consuming.

Huijue's ingenious idea: Our system is particularly "smart"! It is equipped with an "ambient temperature sensor". When the weather is cool (such as in spring and autumn or on cool nights), and the outdoor temperature is lower than the cooling temperature required by the battery, the system will automatically switch to the "natural cooling" mode. At this point, all that is needed is a small water pump to send the coolant to the external heat sink (similar to a car radiator), allowing the cool air to dissipate heat naturally. The compressor then rests completely! The compressor is a major power consumer. When it is not in use, the electricity cost of the entire cooling system can be reduced by more than half. Trick 3: Create "Central Air conditioning + Individual water pipes" to save space and effort!

Some solutions involve each energy storage cabinet having its own small cooling system and distributing them in a decentralized manner. This way, there are many devices, the pipelines are complex, it takes up space and maintenance is also troublesome.

Our ingenuity: We adopt the concept of centralized supply. In a large energy storage station, such as a container, we set up a powerful "central cooling station", namely the main refrigeration unit. Then, through a carefully designed distribution manager (intelligent distribution unit), the coolant is precisely delivered to each battery "cooling blanket" that needs to be cooled down.

Space-saving: The central cooling station is much smaller than a bunch of small coolers combined, and the equipment is more compact.

Energy saving: The pipeline design is optimized, and the water pump doesn't have to push the coolant so hard, thus saving electricity.

Trick Four: The system is more "intelligent", cooling down as needed without waste!

The shortcomings of the old method: The temperature control in the past might have been rather "rigid", running fixedly after setting a certain temperature, which was not flexible enough.
