In Ganzhou, Jiangxi, a major green energy project by Shanghai Huijue Technology Group is now bursting with vitality. Recently, the large-scale distributed solar power project at the Ganzhou plant completed all testing and commissioning. It is now running efficiently and stably. This is a solid step in the Group’s “dual-carbon” strategy — turning idle rooftops into a “green gold mine,” creating both economic and environmental benefits.
Smart use of space — sunlight turned into profit
The Ganzhou project makes full use of 12 plant rooftops and parts of unused ground space. In total, over 38,500 m² is now a high-efficiency “sunshine factory.” It uses 4,745 high-performance 590Wp mono N-type solar panels, with a total capacity of 2.8 MWp. In Ganzhou’s abundant sunshine, these panels keep sending clean energy straight into production.
To make it even better, the project includes a 1MW / 2.15MWh energy storage system. This “smart energy bank” smooths out the fluctuations of solar generation, ensures stable output, stores energy when prices are low, and releases it when prices peak. This cuts energy costs and boosts flexibility, helping the project run efficiently in the long term.
Built with precision — quality from the ground up
The project covers every step: solar system installation, mounting structure works, energy storage construction, grid connection, user-side upgrades, roof waterproofing, and site restoration. Every panel placement, cable rack, grounding point, and grid cabinet reflects Huijue’s strict quality control and technical expertise. The team overcame challenges in construction coordination and technical integration, ensuring the system fits seamlessly with the existing plant facilities.
Real benefits — powering sustainability with real savings
Economic gains: Expected annual power generation: 3 million kWh. This provides a steady “green power source” for production, saves millions in electricity costs, and lowers operating expenses.
Environmental contribution: 3 million kWh of clean power each year means saving about 1,200 tons of standard coal and cutting CO₂ emissions by nearly 3,000 tons, along with reductions in SO₂ and NOₓ. That’s like planting a forest for Ganzhou.
